The 94803 Emergency Preparedness Alliance is a grassroots community group founded in 2020 to improve public safety and emergency preparedness in the 94803 zip code area. The group works in cooperation with City of Richmond & Contra Costa County public safety officials in collaboration with the County Supervisor John Gioia, Richmond City Council, Richmond Fire and Police Departments and the Contra Costa Fire Protection District authorities. Comprising both the City of Richmond and unincorporated El Sobrante, 94803 EPA hosts Zoom Community Gatherings to discuss issues of concern within our community and share plans for improving the public safety in our community.
The 94803 community has been working towards establishing a Creekside Community Park in addition to our work aimed at keeping our community safe, and we have created Keep El Sobrante Clean and Beautiful. We offer a 94803 EPA forum newsletter to share issues of community interest and organize community actions.
Please support our important work, and subscribe to our mailing list by sending an email to: [email protected] with "Subscribe 94803" in subject field.
